The location is very nice! The breakfasts are just…🤬 They say they’ll bring pancakes with cottage cheese, but there’s none; the oatmeal with berries is just plain porridge; the eggs with bacon are just ordinary eggs and tiny pieces of pork belly, not bacon as shown in the photos.

Our family holiday turned out amazing, thanks largely to the nice facilities, wonderful staff and the great location of the estate. A big thank you to Ivan, Anton, Valeria and especially Olya for their care; we’d recommend it to anyone. The rooms were spacious and well‑equipped, there was parking, a separate dining hall, barbecue, gazebo, pool, billiards and table tennis, plus the surrounding mountains and forest were a whole other attraction, the air was superb, and a natural mineral spring with tasty water was nearby; Uzhhorod and Mukachevo were also close for day trips to beautiful castles and sites. There might have been tiny issues, but we didn’t notice them and the overall impression far exceeded our expectations.

Friendly staff and great people. Having your own transport makes the location more convenient. The breakfasts are simple but very tasty, though the heat was intense and the air‑conditioning on the second floor was insufficient.
