The reception, bar, breakfast staff, and managers were friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The bedroom felt a bit cool, we couldn’t find a thermostat even though the weather had just changed.

The place is in a great spot and the staff were super helpful and friendly, plus the breakfast was amazing. I asked for a room that was easy to access because my mum is 90 and has limited mobility, but I ended up with a room that required using the lift and walking down a long corridor; there were downstairs rooms available, which I would have expected the hotel to assign us.

The property sits in a prime spot to reach all the shops. Our room was nice, compact, and had a great view, but the television didn’t work and a staff member couldn’t fix it; nevertheless the hotel kindly reimbursed me for the inconvenience.
