Very clean and well equipped. The owner is super responsive and friendly. We had a great 1 week stay. If traveling with elders or children the location is a bit harder to manage due to the many steps. The new elevator helped alot

“Home away from home”

Almost everything was great! The location was good, the place was very clean and comfortable, and we’d definitely return. The staff were friendly and responsive, making us feel at home. The kitchen area got extremely hot, had no air‑conditioning, and the fan was mounted far away on the wall, so it didn’t help; moving it to another wall or adding another fan would be smart for the recent scorching summers.

I had a fantastic stay at the B&B in Patras and I just have to share our experience! The apartment was brand new and impeccably organized, every detail taken care of for ultimate comfort. The rooms were bright and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Mrs. Anna was a true gem! Her kindness and willingness made our stay even more special. She treated us like family, always ready to give us tips on places to visit and local specialties to try. My kids and husband had a great time. The rooms fit our needs perfectly and the B&B’s location let us explore the city easily. We couldn’t ask for better! I highly recommend this B&B to anyone who wants an authentic and friendly experience in Patras. We can’t wait to return!
