The place is nicely situated on a hill with lake and vineyard views, a complex with rooms, a restaurant, wine cellars, wellness and spa – that’s its main advantage. The room we got was very basic and didn’t deserve a 4‑star rating. We booked a triple room (the only option that week) for two people, yet the room had a double, a single bed, one chair, a desk, a dresser and a small wardrobe, so the second person had to sit on the bed. The bathroom was also very basic, with liquid soap at the sink and shower, a set of cotton swabs and ear picks, and a hair dryer. Breakfast was tasty and varied. The air‑conditioner hanging over the bathroom door had a bright blinking light that was quite annoying at night. I also didn’t like the lack of communication between the reception and the wellness area – I asked about massages at reception but was told to go to the wellness zone for details, where there was no price list or offer. When I got there, there were no available slots. It would have been better if I’d known this at reception.
