I was blown away by everything – the stay was flawless, thanks to the exemplary staff. Owner George is a perfect host, always ready to help with anything. The room was spacious and modern, complete with a comfortable bed, a small table with two chairs, a fridge, a TV, and a balcony. The bathroom was large and fully equipped. Cleaning happened every morning, and everything smelled fresh and clean: linens, towels, everything. There was also a kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook. The morning coffee, free from the owner, was excellent too. The beach was a 10‑minute walk away, and the area was so quiet you wouldn’t even notice other guests staying with you. Overall, we were very satisfied and will return!

The owner is very friendly and genuinely cares about keeping guests happy, which says a lot about the service. They clean a lot and change the towels frequently. The room is very spacious, the bathroom surprisingly large, the double bed is big and comfortable, and the balcony is large, not too wide but long. The area is quiet, full of greenery, a wild vibe; no bars with “bum‑bum” noises until late evening. The rooms are minimalist, simple but tasteful, no kitschy stuff, and well maintained; the floor is parquet. There’s parking in the courtyard and plenty nearby. You can see the sea, the Agigea port area, and the Steaua de Mare hotel complex. You can also see the sunrise from the balcony. The balcony has a clothes dryer and two outdoor chairs. There’s a room where you can leave luggage for a few hours outside the stay (after check‑out or before check‑in). Free transport is provided to the train station or bus stop. The beach in the Steaua de Mare area is about 7‑8 minutes away, and the path to it is quiet. A small table in the room, no matter how tiny, would greatly improve the room’s functionality, for those who want to sip something or use a laptop, for example. Likewise, a balcony table, like the one at a nearby villa that guests use, would be very welcome. The room has two stools and a low table, but they’re not very comfortable, maybe only for small children. A warm‑light lamp, not cold, would be better, and in the bathroom a dimmer, warmer light option would be nice. The train station is far, which matters for some.

The quality‑price was okay. The only downside was that at departure you have to check‑out at 10 am, which is early; most people leave at 12 pm, so that’s a clear minus.
