I appreciated the pleasant manager, but the barking dogs chained in the courtyard were aggressive, the room lacked proper ventilation, and overall it wasn’t the most comfortable place to stay.

The beds were very cozy and the location great; if you want to immerse yourself in Nicaraguan culture, this spot works well, though a small kitchen would have been welcome—though I hear they’re building an outdoor kitchen, so maybe next time.

This quiet hostel offers great value, with clean rooms, comfy beds, and a very helpful lady running it; the covered outdoor garage hidden from view kept our motorcycles safe, and it could fit two or three cars—highly recommended!
