I booked it because it’s listed as 4 stars, but when I arrived I was shocked to see the rating was actually 3 stars. The towels were very smelly, not clean, old, and in need of replacement, so the hotel should change its rating to avoid misunderstandings.

Our stay was wonderful in every sense! All the staff were extremely respectful and kind, always ready to help. We felt very comfortable and safe, and the care we received was exceptional. The breakfast was excellent, and a special thanks to Chef Ali for his high morals, kindness, and great attention to us. Thanks to everyone for the excellent hospitality and service. It was a very nice experience, and I definitely recommend the hotel!

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff are very helpful, especially Ms. Dina who was attentive, answered questions, and offered assistance. I was very satisfied. I recommend staying at this hotel, and every time I visit Erbil I will return.
