“Príjemný tichý hotel so super službami .”

The accommodation is beautiful and clean, with very good food, a wide selection, and perfect staff. Live music during dinner and a piano at breakfast add to the charm. The rooms are cozy, with fragrant towels, and the wellness area is very nice. Parking is free right in front of the hotel, which is rare. We visited in the fall, and it was very peaceful and quiet—no crowds, just calm. The trail to Ždiarska Vidlu, a wide saddle, is a few minutes by car. The area around the hotel is tranquil. Each room offers a hiking backpack for rent. The hotel pleasantly surprised us; I recommend it. 🌲

The room was cold. The wellness area had no pools, which was not mentioned in the description, so we probably won’t travel there again.

The hotel looks like a fairy tale and is truly beautiful. It has one of the most stunning wellness areas I’ve seen, and it’s great that you can also use other activities in Bachledka, like electric bikes at 50 % off or the mini‑golf, which is Ždiari. The only negative is that the location is a bit out of the way, but everything is a few minutes by car, and they should add at least one electric‑car charger.

The staff were helpful. The only suggestion is that the entrance to the wellness area might be better located away from the reception and main entrance.
