“Decepcionant”
It’s near the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, and the breakfast was quite decent, but it’s nowhere near a five‑star hotel; the place feels quite neglected with dusty windows, stained towels, old furniture, and poor soundproofing.
Staff were amazing everyone was so helpful facility is soo beautiful and so close to everything. Asma Thin and Asoma were very helpful along with the daily servicing boys. So friendly and always welcoming. we definitely be back
Everything was perfect, especially thanks to Sarra, Mahmoud, and Edricks for making my visit so memorable.
Thanks for the staff Ms. Asma and Ms. Zeba
