The wellness area was nice and elegant, but at check‑in I didn’t get basic information such as where breakfast was served, where the wellness and fitness areas were. In October the room’s heating didn’t work; everything in the room was audible, even footsteps in the hallway. The bathroom didn’t have a tampon for wiping. Breakfast was very average, and instead of quiet, the hotel staff chatted loudly at the bar as if it were a beer hall.

The location, staff service, and wellness were all good, but the two separate beds were definitely not matrimonial beds. I woke up in the “hole” in the morning. 😉

The location is very quiet, the restaurant is perfect with fantastic culinary surprises, and the staff is excellent and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very nice, away from the city bustle but well connected to the center, surrounded by nature and hiking options. Everything was fine.
