The location is close to a Walmart, a grocery store, gas stations, and a variety of restaurants, and it sits directly on highway 2, yet I was never woken by traffic noise. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable, not a 5‑star resort but perfect for a full evening, night, and morning stay. The facilities and room were clean, the bed comfortable, and the free breakfast impressed me for the low room price. I recommend it to anyone looking for a laid‑back, quiet place to rest for a night or two. A small tanning bed business inside the hotel was a pleasant surprise; the beds are not luxury, but a few older ones are clean and work well, a good way to warm up from chilly weather. The hotel has no pool or hot tub, but that did not bother us.

The check‑in staff was pleasant and the hotel was on the route. Other than updated flooring, everything else was well worn. The doors were dirty and scratched up. The key was hard to open. The coffee pot in the room didn’t work. The heat and air were weird to function. The TV did not work unless you went to settings and added Wi‑Fi. There was a hole in the bedspread.
