I was quite disappointed with the level of service I received during my stay. Although the staff seemed friendly, their response to my needs was often slow and unhelpful. However, the hotel's location and overall ambiance were quite pleasant, making up for some of the service issues I encountered. Unfortunately, the staff's performance didn't quite match the hotel's potential.
“Only good thing is Food and location was easy to find”
While the food at this hotel was quite good, my overall experience was spoiled by some major issues. The room was not cleaned properly, and I found mosquitoes in the room, which made it impossible for me to sleep. When I asked the staff for a mosquito repellent, they told me they couldn't provide it at 10 pm, which I thought was unacceptable. It's basic things like this that can make or break a stay, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short.
I had an incredible time at this hotel, with my room being a highlight - it was incredibly enjoyable and comfortable. The food was also delicious, making my stay truly unforgettable.
