The only bright spot was the location; everything else felt old, dirty, and in bad shape. Holiday Inn Express usually serves a solid breakfast, but this was the worst I've ever had.

The room was spotless and the front‑desk lady was amazing. I wish there was a coffee pot in the room—I had to get up at 4 am and didn’t want to walk all the way to the dining area for a quick brew while getting ready.
