“tem muito o que melhorar”
The people were friendly, the cleaning was very well done, breakfast was excellent and varied, and the shower pressure was great; the daytime receptionist was helpful and friendly. We requested a particular room from the options, but they didn’t notice and prepared a different room that didn’t meet our needs; it was fixed at the time, though. On the first day I was caught in a heavy rain and a car was parked in a spot that would have let me unload my car without getting drenched—since the paid parking isn’t covered, they could have instructed to free that spot. At night the receptionist said he’d help but watched me carry luggage up the stairs five times without leaving his chair. The room had no blackout curtains and was very bright; a locomotive passes nearby at night, honking at the crossing. Finally, the hotel has no restaurant, which is a real drawback in a city that practically has nothing.
