A work desk supports business travelers, while a paid airport shuttle connects guests to Odate‑Noshiro Airport (39 km). The on‑site restaurant serves a buffet breakfast blending American and Japanese flavors, and a ski‑pass desk provides easy access to nearby slopes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great near the Ani Gondola. Half board was excellent, with plenty of food in both western and Japanese styles. The rooms were large, and the gear room helped with equipment storage. Nothing to note.

The hospitality was exceptional: friendly, welcoming, and they did everything they could. Even the car was cleared of snow in the morning. The communal food was amazing and very convivial. Probably the best place I’ve stayed at for years. Nothing was lacking; it was all brilliant.
