I like the quick service of the staff. The staff was efficient. Didn’t like the room, the lake view for which they charged so much, was covered by trees and the lake was not visible. The washrooms had earthworms and kept smelling. The duvet was smelling so bad. The lady who answered the call was very rude. The menu is super expensive for Bhimtal

The property is in a very good location, just beside the lake, and away from the main street beside the tal (lake). The property is pretty big. Higher floor rooms have a better view howerver all rooms have clear lake view. Its nicely made, has an old world charm. The deck and open dining area is great for leisure time. The food quality can be improved. The staffs needs to be a bit better trained. The room interiors needs dust cleaning
