Wellness, friendly staff, location, food. The doors could better muffle hallway noise. The room has older equipment (the window couldn't be opened for ventilation).

I liked the nature around the place, the forests were nice for relaxing. I didn’t like the cleanliness; dust was still on the room and the lamps had marks that looked like someone had written on them. The worst part was when I ordered a glass of white wine at the restaurant and a jug of water. The wine glass was completely wet and the jug was dirty and covered in grime—everything was sticky, it was terrible.

The breakfast was very polite, but the sofa‑bed arrangement was truly catastrophic.
