The rooms were clean, the hotel was within walking distance of Aeon Mall, set in a quiet neighborhood with a good layout, but some staff seemed too relaxed and ignored us when we entered, continuing loud conversations as if no guests were present; we wished they could feel at home like us.

Everyone on staff was nice, friendly, and gentle, the room was clean, tidy, and the bed comfortable, and the hotel sits in a quiet area that’s perfect for relaxing, yet the room isn’t soundproof so we could hear other guests opening and closing doors, talking, or moving things, and there should be more towels.
