I can’t find any positives except the central location. The room was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen: the comforter and sheets were freshly stained, the sheets looked unwashed, the towels were dirty, and one towel appeared blood‑stained. It was so disgusting we left and drove to Texarkana instead; I would have preferred sleeping in my car.

I booked a King Non‑smoking but received a Queen Non‑smoking; there were no facial tissues, so I had to use toilet paper. The sink plunger didn’t work, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were nearly nonexistent. I didn’t stay the second night because it was that bad, and I’ll never book with this company again.

The place was clean. I had a room for people with disabilities and asked for a shower chair. The front desk told me to go get it myself, but I can’t walk. It should have been in the room already. I couldn’t retrieve it.
