Friendly staff and a clean room, but I was hit with an extra fee at check‑in that wasn’t mentioned in the terms; the mattress was terrible for a $300+ nightly rate.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with courteous staff and a tasty bistro breakfast, yet the mini fridge in room 407 failed to keep food cold and GPS struggled to locate the front because it’s tucked near a shopping center, making it a bit overpriced compared to similar places.

I never got to stay because the concert was moved; after sending a cancellation request I never heard back, and attempts to transfer rooms found no availability, so I lost $150—don’t book if you might need to cancel, customer service is awful.
