“Ok”
I was in the hotel for a full week and only received two cleanings, even though I asked several times for more. When I went to the front desk, no one was able to solve the issue; the gentleman was friendly but said the person who could help was out doing an errand from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00. I tried again, and the clerk who runs the desk finally showed up at 10:15. Customer service was very poor.
I enjoyed the pool with my granddaughter. The buffet was good and overall the staff and stay were excellent. There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.
“Clean and attentive”
Very clean. Nothing, everything was great
“I’ll suggest for them to fix their fire pit, I was really looking forward to it and was so bummed to learn it wasn’t wor”
The pool and fitness center were nice, and breakfast was very good! I also liked that they offered free electric car charging. Some staff members were not helpful, but the other two I encountered were incredible!
“The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. There are fast food restaurants near by and a Target. The location wa”
The property and rooms were clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We only stayed for one night so there wasn’t anything to not like
