The landscaping was lush and well kept, but our room's window was too small.

The room was spotless and lovely, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast spread was indulgent.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful, but my sister had to switch rooms because the first one smelled musty, and the second room's entrance door was broken until they repaired it.

The front desk was always staffed and there was always coffee available, but the room was damp and the carpet was visibly dirty. The bathroom ventilation never worked, and after reporting it, no one came for three days to fix it. The beds were never made.
