The staff and the location were great, but the facilities feel very outdated and definitely not worthy of a five‑star hotel.

I loved every member of the team, from housekeeping to the rangers, and the safari schedule allowed plenty of rest; the only suggestion I have is to expand the souvenir shop with more handmade art.

The atmosphere of calm and relaxation while surrounded by nature, the wide view of the valley and river where buffalo herds drink and hippos swim, and the courtesy and willingness of the staff were all wonderful, with no negatives.
