The old villa room had its own balcony and a nice vibe, and the host—fluent in German and English—served a good breakfast in her downstairs café; the location was convenient, not far from the main train station and the Chatuchak minibus terminal, but there weren’t many restaurants nearby and the surrounding roads can be a bit noisy.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was immaculate, and the people running the place were kind, informative, and helpful; it was an amazing stay. Nothing to add, great stay, would come back immediately.

This place is truly a hidden gem in Bangkok; the old‑house charm, the spacious clean rooms, and the warm staff all surpass each other. Breakfast is generous and tasty, with excellent coffee and great pastries. We’d stay here every time, and it became one of the highlights of our trip.
