“it was amazing”
The most beautiful pool I’ve ever seen, so tranquil. I was there during the low season, so they let the cook go to his village, and I didn’t receive the breakfasts I paid for.

The staff were quiet, very polite and helpful; the pool was clean and the location was nice. Everything was exactly as I wanted.

The hotel is clean and has a nice pool, ideal for kids when it’s hot. The staff are very friendly and attentive. There were a lot of mosquitoes.

The hotel sits just outside the busy centre, yet within walking distance of Pub Street and the Night Market, and its garden offers a green oasis with a lovely pool. The rooms are tunnel‑shaped, cozy but not very practical, and the staff—young, friendly, and helpful—made the stay enjoyable, especially for kids in the linked family‑room setup. However, the tunnel‑like eco‑story design feels quaint, while the hotel’s atmosphere and staff don’t match it; the rooms are small and feel cramped, the street is poorly maintained with potholes, mud, litter, and an unpleasant‑smelling canal, and almost no street lighting makes walking back to the hotel after dark less than pleasant.

The place is in a decent neighbourhood, the pool is deep enough for a swim, and the centre is not far away. The breakfast price, however, is too high compared to nearby restaurants.
