The location is great relative to the promenade and beach. The air‑conditioning works poorly, only blowing in the living room; to keep the rest of the evenings comfortable we had to set the AC to 16°C (the same temperature that any other apartment in the building uses at 27°C) and leave it on all day and night. The sunny side is nice, but the blinds are absent, making it hard to cool the space. It isn’t a problem for us, but starting next year you’ll literally be able to toast with people on the building’s terrace next door, which is under construction and will be finished for the next season, so sitting on the terrace won’t be pleasant.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, modern and tasteful; only the kitchen feels a bit out of place compared to the otherwise nice setup, essentially usable as a tea‑room. Located right on the beach, the atmosphere is pleasant so the AC is rarely needed, even though it is a good brand. The shower is great, the beds are comfortable, everything for a perfect rest. The apartment is in a building but it’s quiet, guaranteed peace. The vibe is a bit sterile, so I’d suggest adding some warmth.
