I really liked the hotel overall; the staff were very approachable, the facilities were convenient and clean, and I would highly recommend it. The pool was cozy, though quite small, and the location was great, close to a restaurant and a church. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, but that wasn’t a big deal.

The power outage was a problem and there was no generator to back it up.

After a terrible stay at a nearby hotel, Graham Hotels & Suites was a lifesaver. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, the room was comfortable with all the amenities, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only issue was the shower: I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water, and it leaked all night, leaving water on the floor because it didn’t drain correctly.
