Great location; excellent staff and service. Nice discounts including free fast track. The economy double is very small with barely enough room to move. The bed is against one wall so one person has to climb over the other to get in and out. And the bathroom has no walls around the shower (the bathroom is the shower) so toilet, sink, vanity, even the toilet paper get soaking wet

Room quite basic but perfect for its purpose. Value for money, I understand you’re paying for location but room itself quite basic for that cost

Location - brilliant. Unable to rate staff as I had no contact with anyone as not needed!. No hot water in shower

the room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a 1 night stay before an early morning flight, Bloc is situated in the South terminal, so perfect for flights out of there and only a short shuttle train ride from North terminal. guest discounts are available at some of the nearby restaurants in the South terminal. The bed is just about the most comfortable Ive ever slept in, the pillows suited me perfectly, sumptuous but supportive. That I had to get out of that bed and get on a plane, thats it, nothing else
