The food, the service and the staff in the restaurant were too good. The front desk was also very polite and ready to help. The location is a bit difficult to approach but the staff there guides you at every level. The views are to die for. It is a quiet and calming property. The housekeeping was not at all good. They were not able to clean the rooms properly. When you are paying such a big amount for your stay, you expect top notch services. It is an ITC property but they don't even have face wash or cleanser. Also, they give you biotique products which you can find in a 2* hotel also. Apart from this, the pool wasn't clean. It was operational. It is not temperature controlled which was really off for me
