“Cucarachas”

The only positive was testing our family’s tolerance in such an unpleasant situation. We travelled together and, unfortunately, had to share five days with cockroaches that, later confirmed, enter structurally through the kitchen and bathroom pipes in this neighbourhood. The location is not central, which, combined with the building problem, worsened the experience. We chose to face the situation with maximum empathy, education and tolerance, prioritising the stability of our youngest daughter, who is disabled, in an unfamiliar environment. We appreciate that someone was sent to apply a chemical, although the measure was ineffective and only caused more insects to come out intoxicated. Perhaps this apartment is habitable in winter, when the weather completely changes the nature of these pests. In any case, a guest’s understanding should not be mistaken for compliance. When a problem is known, professional responsibility cannot be avoided; the case and evidence have already been forwarded to the European Consumer Centre. Acting responsibly is the only way to deliver a unit in perfect condition so the guest can enjoy their vacation.

Everything was very clean.

Had a great experience! the apartment is really nicely furnished, we had everything we needed. The location is super close to the metro which is very convenient. Francesca was very nice and super accommodating in terms of check in and check out
