Very dog friendly, garden hedges keep it private and stops dogs barking at people passing by. The lodge is very comfortable, spotlessly clean. I loved the picture of the lion.reading a newspaper in.the en suite. Lovely views from the balcony. Nowhere to.hang your clothes when showering

We brought our cavalier spaniel, who adored the spacious balcony that gave her plenty of freedom; everything we needed was available, Carol was super friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean and well maintained, with no complaints.

The lodge was exceptionally clean & tidy with everything we needed for a family stay - 4 adults & a baby! There was plenty of room for us all with parking for 2 cars and good outside seating areas. Owners were very responsive and helpful,. Worth knowing if you book privately with owners then Haven won’t hire you items ie. Cot. We checked first so made our own arrangements so wasn’t an issue for us
