I had to use my cell phone to arrange valet service, which was inconvenient.

nothing. Overall not a great experience. We have stayed there a few times probably 6 years ago and the overall hotel is very run down and is in need of updating. We will not be staying here ever again

The hotel’s location and surroundings were great, but the air conditioning was a bit hard to reach.

My car suffered damage while parked with valet, but I only discovered it after getting home; the front side was nicked where the tire had brushed against the side.
