The accommodation was gorgeous—clean, bright, and charming. The room was spacious with a large wardrobe and comfy beds, plus a fridge and kettle. The shared bathroom and toilet were tidy, fragrant, and spotless. The host was friendly, and the location was close to both sights and the metro.

We stayed in the Japanese style room A and it was marvelous, I loved all the traditional details. The futons were really comfortable and the bathroom was also pretty nice. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Kyoto, so it’s easy to move around. There were only one towel per person, I would have liked one or two more Also, there weren’t any curtains or anything that blocked the light, so we were up before our alarm clock (not a big deal if you get up early though)
