The proximity to Manuel Antonio Park, the pool, and the large bed were highlights, but the shower didn’t work well, the faucets kept falling, and the bathroom floor had a slight cleanliness issue.

The facilities and the pool were excellent, and the staff at reception and the restaurant were outstanding, especially Jose and Luis who were very helpful; there was just a little thunder noise, but that had nothing to do with the hotel, and I would definitely return.

The view is beautiful, the room is very comfortable and private, and the staff are attentive and very friendly, but the room service is lacking because you can’t charge food to the room, you must cancel immediately, and there are no wireless card readers so you either go to the restaurant or hand over your card, which isn’t pleasant; that’s the only improvement needed.

The location was good and the restaurant had a great live band, but the rooms are very narrow and noisy, they don’t seem acoustically isolated, they’re made of metal, so everything vibrates and you hear everything.
