The hotel's location was super convenient, and the parking and breakfast services were a big plus. However, the coffee machine was woefully inadequate - it was always out of order or just not working properly. Still, the good points outweighed the bad.

To be honest, the hotel's location was a major letdown - it was a long way from the city center. I was expecting a more central location, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Maybe it's worth considering if you don't mind being a bit further out.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately they messed up my booking through the booking platform. The staff seemed completely uninterested in fixing the issue, which was really frustrating. The whole experience was a disaster from start to finish.

This place was a real gem - the parking and breakfast were included, which was fantastic, and it was right in the heart of the action, with a direct connection to the basilica. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference.

The staff were really attentive and the location was great, but the internet connection was a bit of a problem - it kept dropping out. Still, the good service and convenient location made up for the technical issues.
