The staff at Canggu Spirit Guest House were absolutely amazing! 🤍 They were so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, genuinely going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend! ✨

The location is great, right in the heart of Canggu and Batu Bolong, with lots of restaurants just a few steps away and space for a bike in front. However, the WiFi was atrociously slow—less than 5 Mb/s most of the time. The room itself was very damp and smelled moldy. The staff were very adamant about turning off the AC when they saw you weren’t there, so you’d have to wait at least a half hour to cool down after returning. The bed itself was not comfortable at all, the towels were very coarse and uncomfortable to use, and the bathroom was in rough shape, with stains on the floor near the toilet and shower.

No one could be found. They never refunded my money after I paid to stay, and I can’t reach them through booking or any other method. It cost me money and they will not refund. Everything was completely horrible.
