The staff were helpful, and the location was within walking distance of tourist spots. However, the rooms had some minor shortcomings, though they didn't affect the vacation. Breakfast was good, but the lack was the same every day; at least a few touches from Gaziantep cuisine would have been nice.

The staff were very friendly (Ayse Hanım) and very helpful; we were extremely satisfied.

We stayed four nights at Levissi at the end of August for a wedding in Gaziantet, staying in the historic Bey mahallesi district surrounded by museums and classic local architecture. The terrace offered a lovely view of the former church and the neighbourhood. Staff were excellent; before we even booked, Mr Utku and Mr Salih gave us advice and assistance, and the ladies Ayşe and Emel were always smiling and ready to listen to us and other guests. At breakfast the ladies catered to our special requests, and after the meal Ayşe brought us Turkish mocha and joined us for a few minutes, creating a homely feel and offering tips on where to find things. We occupied two rooms that were simply but high‑quality decorated; one even featured a hamam, a Turkish bath for which Gaziantep is famous, which we loved. Overall we left very satisfied and will return whenever we are back in Gaziantep.

The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable; breakfast was plentiful and we really liked that it wasn’t a buffet, with pre‑served plates that cut down on waste. The parking isn’t actually part of the hotel—it’s a private lot that the hotel pays for, which was confusing and could use clearer communication.
