The hotel felt very comfortable, the surroundings were lovely, the wellness area was top-notch, and the food was delicious. The only downside was that we could hear every step and word of the family next door, especially at night.

Service and location were perfect, the pool was nice, and local food was good value. The only hiccup was the walk from the train station to the hotel – you have to take the train to the eggs station and then walk ten minutes. It’s a small trade‑off for the peace.

Absolutely amazing hotel with first‑class service, friendly staff, and a great spa. The breakfast was one of the best Swiss breakfasts we’ve had during our month in Switzerland. The location is better than Zermatt – fewer tourists and close to many hiking trails.

We never expected to find such a special hotel. Far from the bustle in Zermatt, we found a place where we felt instantly at ease. The hosts are incredibly warm and seem to anticipate every wish, often before we even realize it ourselves. The attention to detail, the quiet, the fine food, and the beautiful surroundings made our stay unforgettable. It’s clear this hotel is run with a lot of heart. The only thing that bothered us was having to leave again – honestly, nothing else could be improved.
