The experience at Hotel Gran Zebrù surpassed every expectation, feeling like a real family corner in the mountains. Every staff member stood out with extraordinary availability and warmth. The rooms were kept impeccably clean and tidy each morning, and the food—both breakfast and dinner—was thoughtfully prepared and authentic. A special thank you goes to Sara, who was a precious point of reference: she pampered us with friendliness, cheerfulness, and excellent trekking tips. Their endless kindness was also evident at the early departure, when they prepared sandwiches, water, pastries, and fruit for our trip. The assistance, warmth, and genuine friendliness will leave us with a beautiful memory, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended 100%!
The welcome from Sara, the owner, was excellent, both regarding the property and the information about the ski lifts.
The room was cozy and clean. The dinner was excellent. The staff were very helpful.

The cleanliness and courtesy of all staff were commendable. However, the breakfast fell short: there were too few brioche, only plain yogurt without fruit, salty slices measured, no hard or scrambled eggs, no bacon, and fruit was limited to just three apples with no peaches, grapes, plums, grapefruits, or other options; local cakes were missing.
