Spacious rooms. Close to everything, but not where it's too loud and busy. Highly recommend!. I didn't like that we were only there for 2 nights

Check‑in and check‑out were streamlined, the staff were attentive, and a few small issues were fixed right away, which mattered most.

I’ve stayed in several NYC hotels, but this one tops them all. The spot is unbeatable: Times Square, Central Park, MoMA, Rockefeller Center and the Broadway theatres are all within easy walking distance, and the Fifth Avenue shops are just a few minutes away. I even managed to run in Central Park every morning, so the fitness room stayed unused. The only gripe was that the sofa bed for the kids squeaked a bit and didn’t quite meet the usual standard.

The location was great, but a fake fire alarm went off at midnight, which was uncomfortable. After that, the elevator stopped working until it reached the 40th floor, and it didn’t fix itself until the next morning.
