We spent a week in an apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic. A big plus was the separate, well‑equipped kitchen that belonged only to our room. We were close to a lovely beach full of colorful fish (we recommend bringing snorkeling goggles). Near the beach are two restaurants where someone is sure to find something. The nearest and best grocery store was a 5‑minute drive toward Brela. We recommend the wine shop Macukin 27 (Cesta Domovinskog Rata 27, 21255, Gornja Brela, Croatia). Delicious wines and olives for up to 10 euros a bottle. We missed having an iron, but that’s a tiny downside. The drive to the apartment is very difficult, so we suggest using the parking under the church; we left our car there for a whole week and everything was fine.
