When I checked in after midnight, the hotel reeked of marijuana at the front desk, where only the front‑desk worker was present. The next morning the hallway still smelled of marijuana and only housekeeping was around. The door was propped open with a rock in the early morning, so I wondered if it had been open all night. I would like a refund for my stay; I do not appreciate workers being high on several occasions during my stay. Please respond.

I never got a phone call back for hours, the shuttle was late, a roach was in my room, the room looked old and needed a remodel, the hallway was too long and smelled like cigarettes, and the lounge bar shut down too early.

The hotel is close to the airport, and having an Outback Steakhouse on site was a huge bonus! Nothing else to complain about.

I stayed in a nice, spacious suite with a big sectional and the pillows were comfortable, but the pool area and recreational spaces need some attention.
