The staff were outstanding, I spent a perfect week there, Othmane the deputy director was very attentive along with his team! The director was also present for us and gave us many great tips and addresses for our holidays, I highly recommend this place!

Very good establishment, ideally located to enjoy Dakhla. Many activities offered and a special mention to some staff members for their exceptional welcome and friendliness. The rooms should be refreshed and the food quality is truly disappointing (it’s expensive and the quality doesn’t match at all). I was served a expired spicy sauce, which I immediately reported to the manager. Despite that, the apologies were very limited and no commercial gesture was offered. A situation that deserved a much more serious response.

The view and the friendly staff. No hot water, the flow is a drip in room 402. The restaurant is bad and expensive, Tulum is better but still very pricey for what it is. The location is poorly explained because the weather is 45 degrees in Dakhla while the hotel’s location is at 22 degrees, very disappointed I booked my trip based on the weather and couldn’t swim, no communication, there was a brunch organized, no one gave us the info even though I was at the reception that same day talking to the gentleman and Jusline, the hotel maintenance is really lacking.
