The spot is close to everything, but the place is a mess. Wi‑Fi never worked, the beds were awful, and the reception was a nightmare—half an hour outside waiting for someone who might not even be from the hotel. Definitely not what I expected.

The hostel is right next to Zurich Central Station and the staff are friendly and helpful. Since it’s brand‑new, the rooms only have beds, the kitchen is still unfurnished, and everything is freshly painted.

The host was super friendly and I got a private room that night. But I was told it was a women‑only hostel, which was why I booked, only to find men around and a room that couldn't be locked. That was a bit unsettling, but otherwise everything was fine.
