The hotel’s location is very convenient, the staff are friendly and caring, the price‑to‑quality ratio is excellent for Dakkah, rooms are spotless and were cleaned when I asked, the steak with vegetables was delicious, and I especially appreciated Asad at reception.

It was a comfortable stay with no outside noise, and overall I’d stay again. The breakfast could be better in quality and more international.
The location is great and the staff are friendly, but I was booked for a smoking room and received a non‑smoking one, and the reception was confused about the date of my stay.

The location, cleanliness, breakfast and staff were all excellent. At checkout I was told they needed to inspect the room and ended up waiting about 30 minutes; when I asked if I could step outside, they said it was fine, but I still don’t understand why the delay was so long.
