Practical, clean, everything ran smoothly. I liked it, but something felt off.

The hotel was comfy, but the AC was a constant buzz. Miriam at the front desk was a nightmare – she said she couldn't see my booking, gave me a room with no curtains, then told me to go down, grab a key from another staff member, and switch rooms. By the time I got there, she was already gone.
