I was initially pleased with my stay, as the hotel's location was ideal, with a mall and restaurants just across the road. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived, as I soon discovered that the room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the air conditioning didn't work. To make matters worse, the staff seemed to speak little to no English, and when I brought up my concerns, they were met with little to no resolution.

“It's okay”

The hotel's modern decor was a highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by some major issues. The heating system wouldn't turn off, making the room feel like an oven, and the staff seemed clueless about how to fix it. It was a really unpleasant experience, and I was looking forward to a comfortable stay.

“Excellent”

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's helpful staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even bringing me food to my room after an operation. The breakfast was also top-notch, and I appreciated the numerous restaurants in the area that offered great value for money. However, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for holidaymakers, as it's a bit far from the main attractions.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was beautiful, which was a definite plus. However, I was disappointed to find that the room had a lingering smoke smell, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, it was an average stay.
