The rooms were clean and the property itself is in a quiet area. Breakfast was good. The staff were very caring and friendly!

The location is fine. There were many issues. First, the awful value for money. We were assigned room number 7, which had no ventilation. A window couldn’t stay open, and thick curtains blocked light and couldn’t be opened because from outside, on a low floor, anyone could see in. There was no bedside table to charge a phone, read a book, or keep medication. The bathroom door didn’t close even a millimeter. I won’t be back.

I liked the location, perfect for a Teide climb the next day. The pool was in rough shape, the room felt hot, and there was no hot water.
