“Thankful I got to stay here”

The staff were the highlight of the property, especially Raju Ji who looked after me and the others were equally attentive. The on‑site cloud kitchen works well and you can order food at any time, making the stay smooth and well organized. If you’re after a decent cafe meal, Tan Coffee is right next door. The only downside was that the rooms felt quite cramped.

We booked two rooms, but when we arrived at the address listed on the website, the staff told us only one reservation existed. Because the hotel’s policy requires prepayment, we paid through the link they emailed us. We spent four hours at the hotel trying to resolve the issue, only to discover that our reservation had been transferred to another hotel without any warning or agreement from us. When we requested a refund, we were denied. Later, we learned that our two reservations had been merged and moved to a different property. The new location was a horrible place with no proper stairs and terrible rooms, and we realized we had been deceived. We couldn’t leave because we had heavy luggage. The staff’s blatant deception and the overall attitude toward customers were unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here.

They randomly assigned me to a different, shady hotel nearby. The place was absolute garbage, like a shady lodge.
