Excellent location, good breakfast and very friendly staff. The stylish, large room (Deluxe Superior Double Room) had free access from the parking garage, which was well organized. Unfortunately, the breakfast area was very noisy and uncomfortable, more like a train station hall. The many guests and dish carts caused a very high noise level, so we only had breakfast and left the room immediately—there was no atmosphere to linger for a second coffee. The room temperature was hard to adjust, so it was almost always too cold. The mattress was unfortunately sagging.

The beds were good. When I arrived, the room was “saukalt”. The bedroom window was open, even though windows are supposed to be firmly shut, it seemed to have been forced open. The staff initially did not try to help me. Later, the on‑duty manager gave me a heater for two hours.

The room was comfortable, the hotel had excellent facilities, everything was new, the gym was fully equipped and open 24 hrs. The breakfast was full and varied, and I recommend it (open Monday‑Friday until 10 AM, Saturday‑Sunday until 11 AM). When we arrived, the room we were assigned had a strong smell of old cloth (like it had been mopped with a very old mop—hard to find a better word, but you get the idea); I told reception right away and they moved us to another room.
